These are his and his son's bikes, and this is a kick in the guts for the guys with just a week to go to the state championships. Rob is the tireless track maintenance guru for Park Orchards and helps out at open races when he is not on his bike, so for this is an awful act against someone who works so hard for the club and the sport.

All these bikes are very customised, but most noteworthy is the GT UltraboxII which is a very rare bike.

Thank you all for your kind words and offers for help.

It's great to see such great community support.

I think I have arranged the 3 rides we need for the weekend, with a few spares scrounged and a loan cruiser. (I think from memory I have at least 3 cruisers to choose from and about 6 20" bikes on offer from people all over the place). A hell of a preparation for state titles.

Yep Fletch, if I caught them there'd be some filthy foul smelling scumbag skins hanging on the fence. (That's a metaphor, I really don't condone skinning people, even if they steel my rides). I've also contacted my local paper and hope to get a write up (next week). I don't think I could do the spin well enough to get channel 10 or Fox to engage in a feel bad story.

Again, a teary thank you.
