I felt so sorry for Paul when I filmed it, couldn't help but upload it that night not to poke fun at Paul but to show that he was a great sport about it.........I would have been laying there until they carted me off the track or lured my away with a promise of a few beers  Grin

Jayden Rices off in the 12 & under cruiser final was tuff too.

Anyway been really busy in the last 3 days trying to get all the vids edited, Cruisers & Saturdays Championship vids are now on our site, been working on Fridays since last night and all day today, fingers crossed I can get them up before work on Saturday.

Cheers

Gorey, your commitment is much appreciated in the BMX world.  Another awesome job.  My attention span looking at computers is limited.  I don't know how you do it.

Hello all,

My family and I have been watching and enjoying “goreysvids” since Adelaide 2009.

Made a donation to the cause and within 24 hours received access to the footage I requested and was given some stills as well!

This bloke and his family are an absolute asset to BMX in Australia.

Firstly, thank you guys for the kind words and donations that we have recieved (it means a lot), we do what we can to hopefully allow BMX  families to keep something to remember the events that they have spent time & money to attend. It's something that can't be replaced and we have the time, skill & energy to do.......mind you after almost 40 hours I was starting to get a little tired.

Paul, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU SCARED ME!!! (sorry I don't have video......but I did have pics that I deleted) I was 2 foot from you when you landed, believe me when I say you wouldn't want to see the images. I was first person to you and I knew straight away that it was pretty serious, I dumped the camera and started to access your condition cause I knew it was pretty serious, almost 17 years as a firey and it's not everyday you see a big guy take a swan dive at 40+ks on his head. The young first aid guy was pretty traumatised and was a little taken back too

I'm sooo glad that you are OK and feeling jovial about the accident and we all hope that you are OK and have suffered no permanent injury.................just next time, if you want it on film please let me know beforehand  that you intend to do it.

Hope all's well.

I do apologise. I just wanted something to show my boss why I'm not at work. I had no broken bones this time. Hahaha

Feel for Michael CARRUTHERS, might have had it if McLAUGHLIN's butt didn't get in his front wheel Cheesy

........that's racing!!!
Haha don't feel for me, thats how racing goes and it could have been alot worse Smiley
Im just glad i crashed over the line unlike Paul. Also apparently if my foot was not still clipped in as i rolled over the line i would have been disqualified (they spent a long time reviewing the footage and i had one foot clipped in as i rolled over the line).

It was my first nationals so i was super stocked to be in the finals and to go home with two plates was a bonus. Can not wait for next year Smiley

long time ....mmmm.....
..more like the scorers were replaying it over and over, falling off their chairs with laughter.

8,000 hits since it was posted - must be a good laugh in the BMX community at the moment.

Go on have a another look, i just did
.....and still cracks me up!!!!
