I've found 70psi on power block to be best

Tech tips!!!
Like how to adjust brakes.
Most frustrating job around.
I know it's personal choice on tension of lever but still need to know how to adjust tension.

Wow. Round 3 and 4 of the national series has shown the form of out top riders.

Who can keep the momentum going?

The freeagent boys are certainly looking awesome
Will they be the next Aussie winners?

From what I see the training going on in the west is showing big results.

I think the A team distro rider of Paul Thorpe will be wearing the skinny digit in his age

I'd have to agree Juster has been looking good on the bike.

Turner is looking relaxed and ready

I've heard a few of the pros may be a little sore after a sleemans training camp on the weekend

With a little over 8 weeks till the start of the 2014 national titles week of racing.

Who has predictions on who will be the next junior and senior elite men and women.

What about our challenge class men and women who's looking the goods for a skinny digit?.

Who's got the form running into the nationals?

Who's out due to injury?
What has the track got to offer?
How much has  it changed since 2010?

Buy / Profile rear hub wanted
« on: February 10, 2014, 09:14:54 PM »
I'm chasing a profile rear hub for a build up I've nearly completed
Any one got one sitting around doing nothing.
It would be better of being ridden than collecting dust
Could also put some cash in your pocket.

Any 36 hole hub is good. Mini/ totem/ elite

I agree. It was an interesting read
But when does it become to light to be functional?
Not in terms of strength and durability. But in terms of ride ability.
Looking at my bike and skill level. I don't think losing 1 kg of my bike overall will help me any.

The carbon frames are sweet looking. Would like to have a roll on the new GT.
Not sure if I would enjoy the full benefits the frame offers at my level. I'm sure the pros will though.
Price may put it into the serious racer category.
Look forward to seeing them on the track.

Gordon MacRae is showing great form at the right time if the year in 30-34 men
Watch him for a podium finish on both bikes.

35-39 men have the ever consistent simon Trewin and Glenn Main to be watching out for. The visiting SA RIDERS thrown in the mix will shake things up.
