Does anyone know what dates have been set for 2015 Aussies at Sleeman??

Thanks GT.

Normally there's a major song and dance throughout the Nationals as to when and where the titles are being held. Well we all know where, Sleeman, as it was announced last year and they've got it in 2017 as well.

Can't believe they've not figured out a date yet, .....well actually I can. :o ;)

I think it will be a week earlier than this year otherwise it will be two weeks past school holidays. Kids already miss a week as it is.

Pretty much always the first weekend in May.  Never in school holidays for us :)

It's always been the week after our school holidays too.

Mt Gambier was early. 20th April 2012 will always stick in my mind.  :-\

I know it's to years away but has anyone heard of any rumours for 2016 Nationals? I have heard one rumour but i wouldn't mind if anyone else has heard any??

How about Jingli in NT, not heard anything, just thought it myself, will have a covered track, albeit seating may be a little light?

Just spotted this on the BMXA Website


The BMX Australia Board is pleased to confirm the 2015 BMX National Championships will be held from Tuesday, April 28 to Sunday, May 3, 2015, at the Brisbane SX Track at the Sleeman Sports Centre in Brisbane, QLD.

BMX Queensland will host the upcoming National Championships, which will also include the UCI Oceania Championships on Thursday, April 30 as part of the National Series for 2015.

The full BMXA National events calendar for 2015 will be released in July.

My kids now get 4 weeks school holidays. Just awesome!!  >:(

Makes no sense to me to hold an event for a sport that is dominated by children so far outside of the set school holiday dates. WA, QLD & NSW all go back to school on the 20 April. Victoria looks like the 13 April which makes it even worse.

Am I missing something?

Year 11 for my son next year, I am not keen for him to miss a week off school, it took 3 weeks to catch up after this years Aussies.

I hope in July we also get an idea of what classes are being run on what day too!!
