Article research: Handlebars

Hey guys,

I'm doing some research for a future article on bmxultra.com, and just wanted to know what handlebars you guys use.

I need to know brand and model.

I have been using FLY Joey Bradford bars for a few years now, and love the minimal back sweep, they are a bit heavy but great in my eyes.  Having said that I have contemplated the new BOX bars so would love to see how they compare.

I ride cruiser and I don't think you can go past the S&M 5.75  :)

I used to run Supercross Fox Yeah! / Flatline bars on my 20" but changed over to the Box Maximus a few months ago.

I still have S7M 5.75's on my cruiser as Supercross took forever and a day to release the Flatline in a cruiser size and I haven't gotten around to buying a new stem to run the Box Maximus yet.

Basically, I prefer the 6-7 degree backsweep to the 12 degree backsweep that is more commonly found on handlebars.

Son uses Crupi Pro bars  on his 20 and Crupi cruiser bars.

I use S&M XLT bars on my 20 and Crupi cruiser bars.

I use Kink Lynx bars on my 20". They're 28.5" wide, 1 degrees up and 12 back.

S&M 5.75 on the cruiser. I'm thinking of going to the wider versions soon.

I agree with HARTO.. S&M 5.75 x 29" on the cruiser..

For the 20" I use Supercross Massive Bars 8.5 x 30" trimmed to 29"...

Shane,

Being a tall guy like yourself i tried the a set of Perfect 10's but found them very heavy.

Currently running Shadow Vultus 9.5" bars which are half the weight of the Perfect 10's, but i can also feel them flexing when i am on the gate and riding.

Both have been trimmed to 29" wide.
