Vee Tires have made a massive impact in the sport these past nine-ish months, and they owe it all to colour.

Vee Tires emerged with the closure of Intense Tire Systems, in fact it was Vee who did all the manufacturing for ITS.

They entered the market with a bang, not with the updated MK3 tread but with multiple colour sidewall options of the fresh new Speedster tire.

Vee aren’t limited to colouring sidewalls though, which we saw with black walled yellow tires the Haro Promax team ran at the 2013 USA BMX Grand nationals.

The future looks bright for Vee, and I’m sure that the other major race tire manufacturers will have to follow suit.

For the 2013 world championships Vee had a stand and had some very limited edition World Champs commemorative tires, showing off that they are capable of customising even the labeling in the tires. They’re at it again this year and have revealed their 2014 Rotterdam Worlds tires.
