Product Spotlight: S&M Trackmark Tires
It’s nice to see that S&M have entered the race tire market, it proves they are still serious about BMX racing!
It’s a gutsy move though, there are a tonne of tire options on the market right now, and all of them are offering an edge over the competition. I’ve always loved S&M products, they take their BMX seriously, but when you look at the S’s & M’s in the tire tread it would be easy to think that Chris Moeller and his band of misfits are just taking the piss. But then, when you consider the cost of putting out a folding Kevlar beaded race tire in 5 sizes, it’s a pretty expensive out of season April fools joke or pre-Interbike prank that they have been known for.
We plan on taking a closer look at these tires and are pretty confident they will be a serious contender, there’s no doubt they will be popular amongst the masses of S&M fanboys.
