Profile Racing have expanded their hub range with another disc offering. The Profile Mini hub is now available as a disc brake option.

Profile already have the Elite and AC-2 hubs for disc, so why another? It’s simple really the Mini hub is a popular all-rounder hub, but also is a lot more affordable, so you can still have a configurable quality Profile product without having to cough up the big bucks.

Profile Racing’s Mini Disc hub is the perfect all round hub that’s suitable for race, trails, street or park.

The USA manufactured hub can be configured to suit your needs and preferences. Start with your hub shell colour preference, select a traditional 14mm GDH axle and nuts or the 10mm female axle in cromo or alloy. Choose from a range of bolt options including the old favourite 10mm volcano washers to button head to hex head, in cromo or titanium for the weight conscious. And, of course, you can select a 9, 10 or 11 tooth one piece driver or a splined cassette driver in cromo or titanium for 12 to 18 tooth cogs. The options are endless.

• four individual pawl/spring 48 points of engagement, mechanism with CNC machined driver

AL (aluminum) and CROMO (cromoly) female axles accept 3/8″ x 16 tpi bolts with the following options:

• cromo Socket bolts with polished AL Volcano washers *
• titanium Socket bolts with polished AL Volcano washers – available
• cromo Button bolts (full 3/8″ or 3/8″ with integrated 14mm adapter)
• cromo Button PEG bolts (3/8″ with integrated 10mm long 14mm adapter for peg / dropout)
• titanium Button bolts (full 3/8″ or 3/8″ with integrated 14mm adapter) – available
• cromo Hex bolts (full 3/8″ or 3/8″ with integrated 14mm adapter)
• cromo Hex PEG bolts (3/8″ with integrated 10mm long 14mm adapter for peg / dropout)
• all bolts accept 8mm Allen key – “Hex” bolts also accept 17mm wrench or socket
• alloy or steel hub cone spacers

• heat-treated GDH (gun-drilled hollow) cromo with alloy or cromo axle nuts
• heat-treated solid cromo with alloy or cromo axle nuts
• titanium GDH (gun-drilled hollow) with alloy or cromo axle nuts available

Driver options:

• cromo 1-pc driver: 9t, 10t, 11t
• cromo 2-pc driver + removable cog: 12t – 18t
• titanium 1-pc driver : 9t, 10t, 11t available
• titanium 2-pc driver + removable cog 12t -18t
