For over ten years we have been committed to providing the best and most comprehensive free online BMX Gear Calculator available.

While all other gear calculators provide you with the rollout for your specific gear ours provides a chart so you can compare other gear options with only one gear selection, you can also use the chart itself to select your gearing options.

Our fresh new updates include

  • S&M Race Tires
    We have added the Trackmark tires to the line up in 20×1.75, 20×1.95 and 24×1.75.
  • The ability to save up to 5 configurations for fast retrieval
    This was a user request that will make it easier to use the gear calculator when you have multiple bikes to consider, BMX is a family sport after all. It’s not always easy to remember everyone’s combo, now you don’t have to. Just enter the details once and retrieve them any time at the press of a button.
    To save: Press one of the buttons in the Saved data area, type a description and press save.
    To load: Press the same button and press Load. It’s as easy as that!

The iPhone/iPad app will be updated soon to bring it in alignment with the online calculator.

An Android app, has been a long time coming, it is still on the cards but there is still no ETA.

The free online calculator works well on any device and we encourage everyone to take full advantage of the free calculator.
