Calculated/VSR Distributed Across Australia by ECI.

Elite Cycle Imports announced today that they are distributing the impressive range of Calculated Racing products that includes everything from carbon headset spacers, to mini cranks, to feather weight 1″ stems, to the pro size Fat Mouth stems.

We’d like to welcome Calculated Racing to the ECI stables.

Calculated Racing are probably better known for producing VSR and Turn3 products in the past. They are a premium quality BMX Parts and Accessories manufacturer out of Santa Cruz, California, USA. While Calculated produces pro-sized stems and other components, the bulk of their range is aimed at the little racer with some of the lightest cranks and stems on the market.

Precision CNC machined in California from 7075 aluminium, the lightweight Calculated M4 cranks are designed for the smaller racer. They come in 5mm increments from as tiny as 100mm all the way up to 160mm. The cranks are sold separately from the spiders so you can fully customise your set up, from 4 or 5 bolt options for mini or micro set ups and a touch of colour.

The Calculated featherweight stems for 1” steerers would make any factory dad or mum buckle at the knees, with the front loader stem (24.5 & 30mm) weighing in at just 90 grams. The top loaders offer longer options (35, 40 and 45mm) but still super light at just 135 grams.

For the bigger riders we will soon have Fat Mouth stems that provide superior stiffness and unparalleled gripping surface for those who run standard 22.2mm handlebars. New to the Calculated line up is two variations of the Low Ball stem which offer the same features as the Fat Mouth but lowers the bars for better gate snap and the steerer clamp is in front of the fork for better knee clearance and a cleaner rider area.
