Fullerton, CA, June 21st, 2024 – I’m excited to share some significant news about my career and future endeavors. Effective June 1st, 2024, I transitioned from my role as Founder and President of Box Components, a subsidiary of The Cycle Group, to focus on my new venture, SYNDYT, LLC, a pioneering BMX race bicycle brand. While I will continue to support Box Components as a Senior Advisor, Ken Anderson, our long-time VP, will take over as the new CEO.

This change allows me to dedicate my time and energy to advancing the cycling industry through SYNDYT, LLC. At SYNDYT, our aim is to push the boundaries of BMX racing technology, delivering unparalleled performance to riders everywhere. This new project reflects my passion for innovation and commitment to excellence. I believe that SYNDYT will revolutionize the BMX racing scene with cutting-edge technology and superior design, enhancing the riding experience for both enthusiasts and professionals alike.

My role as Senior Advisor at Box Components will enable me to continue contributing to the company’s success while exploring new opportunities for innovation with SYNDYT. I am eager to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the BMX market, drawing on my extensive experience in the industry. With Ken Anderson stepping in as the new CEO of Box Components, I am confident that the company is in capable hands. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to advancing the cycling industry. I have founded and sold numerous successful brands such as THE, Sinz, Intense BMX, ITS Tyres, and Speedco, to name a few. As the Founder of Box Components, I have been instrumental in pioneering innovative cycling components and fostering a culture of excellence. My new venture, SYNDYT, represents the next chapter in my commitment to advancing BMX racing technology.
