All eyes will be on Tulsa Oklahoma this weekend for “the Greatest Race on Earth”, the USA BMX Grand Nationals.

Sam Willoughby looks to defend his #1 title, and looking at the lead Sam has it would be very difficult for anyone to catch him, not forgetting that Sam has taken 17 wins from the 20 mains he’s made this year, Maris Strombergs has 3 wins and is the only other rider with  more than one win.

The Pro Women’s class however is wide open. Will Dominique Daniels win again? If she does she’s going to have to beat out Mariana Pajon, Alise Post, Brooke Crain and a whole bunch of other riders. Pajon looks the goods but it will all come down to the big race, and not something I’d want to bet on.

In the Vet Pro class it’s the Becerine/Colombo/Pohlkamp show again, and these guys know how to put on a show.  It will be interesting to see how that goes down.
