This is an oldie (well not that old) but a goodie of world class French racer Amidou Mir in training. I find it fitting with the fourth round of the UCI Supercross Series in Argentina this weekend. Amidou will go head to head with the worlds best racers battling for Supercross points and the right to compete at the 2016 Olympics. I hope you enjoy watching this as much as I do.
