The Profile Racing Team with Profile Owner Jim Alley.

In November 2025 we sat with Profile Racing owner Jim Alley with the intention to gather some sound bites to use in a short documentary about the race team. We didn’t use the footage in the docco, so we’ve decided to release it as a short interview.

We discuss the importance of a team to Profile racing, what Profile expect of their riders, the team tent set up and how promotion and sponsorship work in a digital world.
